About the project

A web app to manage the operation of a condominium from a single place. It grew out of a concrete problem: the lack of a proper tool to centralize a condominium's information. It includes expense management with receipts, contribution tracking per unit, surveys and voting, meeting scheduling with minutes, tasks with statuses and attachments, and a notice board. Multi-tenant architecture (a user can belong to several condominiums) with four graduated permission roles and a platform-level admin panel. Installable as a PWA.
