Full-stack developer focused on building SaaS systems end to end, with deliberate AI integration. After more than a decade in IT and business process consulting, I have spent the past year and a half in intensive self-taught study of applied AI: AI-assisted product development and the integration of models (Gemini) into prototypes and production systems. I work mainly with Next.js, TypeScript, NestJS, Firebase, PostgreSQL, and Python.

How I work: AI speeds me up, but I own the architecture, review every change, and stand behind what ships to production. I spec before I prompt, and I test before I merge.

Experience

  1. Full-stack developer — AI SaaS startup (insurance sector)

    SaaS startup

    AI SaaS platform for the insurance sector. I single-handedly built the product prototype (client and policy CRM, AI/Gemini document extraction, bulk import, conversational assistant, Google Calendar integration, and access rules) and, also on my own, the SaaS admin panel (Stripe billing, cost/COGS tracking, per-workspace adoption metrics, account lifecycle, and assistant evaluation with golden sets). On the team's main platform I contributed features and fixes: web push notifications (VAPID), a canonical billing layer, and a chat attachment system with access control. Stack: Next.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL/Prisma (Cloud SQL), Firebase, Stripe, Gemini. Professional Git workflow (PRs, reviews, develop→main branches).

    Point-of-sale rollout across 3 store openings; backoffice, catalogs, recipes, and user profiles ensuring accurate financial, inventory, and operational reports. Process mapping with managers and area leads, manuals, and checklists. Administration of IT resources (hardware, software, CCTV, audio/video) and remote support. Built a custom inventory system (MS Access). As interim manager, I supervised a team of up to 40 people during new-branch openings.
