About the project

An app for the operational management of restaurants and multi-branch food chains. It centralizes ingredients with yield and costs, a catalog of recipes and nested sub-recipes that automatically computes cost per portion and food cost, inventory control by branch and area, purchasing with suppliers and orders, and requisition and transfer flows between branches. Everything is segmentable by branch and area, with differentiated roles (administration, managers, kitchen, warehouse). It reflects real domain knowledge of the restaurant industry.
